Our ground floor features just one table - a jaw-dropping real amethyst and quartz bespoke Chef's Table - seating 21 diners in full view of the pass. Our Chef's table is available to book for a 3 and 5 course menu option for lunch Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 to 14:00 and a 12 course menu option for dinner Tuesday to Saturday 18:00 to 20:30.
Alternatively, in our wine cellar, you'll get to enjoy your experience surrounded by Amethyst’s extensive wine collection. Our wine cellar is available to book for a 3 and 5 course menu option for lunch Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 to 14:00 and a 6 or 12 course menu option for dinner Tuesday to Saturday 18:00 to 20:30.
